Part of healthy eating is to look at what you eat now and make the required adjustments to turn it into a healthy thing. While this can initially sound like deprivation, in terms of nutrition, it helps you to sustain a similar eating pattern but maximize what it offers you. It is as much about a change in attitude as it is about something else.
For example, it can be a good idea to turn to a tuna or chicken sandwich on granary bread if you are used to eating a burger for lunch. The idea is the same-meat, bread, seasoning-and there is a lot you can do with pepper, paprika or a number of other light spices if it seems a little tasteless in comparison.
